Her dedication to fostering strong client relationships drives her commitment to enhancing trade mark protection strategies. Fabiola has successfully managed trade mark portfolios for clients across diverse industries, including fashion, cosmetics, entertainment, food, technology, and healthcare.

Before joining Madderns, Fabiola held key positions in leading Australian intellectual property firms and served as the Brand Protection Manager for the world’s largest automobile manufacturer. This unique blend of in-house and private practice experience has equipped her with a profound understanding of trade mark and branding strategies, enabling her to excel in both prosecution and defence of trade mark disputes.

Fabiola’s expertise extends to managing international trade mark portfolios, where her strong relationships with overseas attorneys and in-house counsel have been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes. As an active member of the trade mark community, she contributes regularly to local and international publications and is involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) as a member of the Unreal Campaign Committee.
