Elise Bruce

Elise joined Madderns in January 2015 and is a member of its specialist Trade Mark team. Elise helps advise clients on all aspects of trade marks, including registrability, local and international filings and prosecution, and recording assignments.

Prior to joining Madderns, Elise worked as a solicitor in an Adelaide-based law firm for three years. She also worked for a national residential aged care provider where she helped develop, implement and monitor quality systems.

Elise’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws and Diploma in Languages, both from the University of Adelaide, and a Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice with the University of Technology, Sydney.

Outside of work, Elise enjoys reading and cooking.
